Particpated in the LowerGear Outdoors Kayak Fishing Open event #2 hosted at Canyon Lake here in Arizona. Golden Algae is definitely impacting the bass catch rate. Watch to the end and you will find hints to honey hole locations on this lake. Was a common theme. If you are going to fish during these algae outbreaks, please release the fish ASAP where you caught them at a minimum. They are attempting to survive. Went out in the Bonafide PWR 129 with the Garmin Electronics (8610 xsv) and the MotorGuide xi3 trolling motor.
