  1. Good deal dude, glad you cleared it up with Matt and yall have an clear understanding. Social media definitely gonna have its perspective on it then turn it into something else. Keep grinding

  2. Well, in my opinion: A good competitor also needs the skill to know how to cut off other competitors. We do so in carpfishing tournaments. Cut your neighbour off, casting further than he can. Requires skill and knowledge. No problem with that. Part of the game!

  3. Fact is he was fishing that grass line and you did cut him off and he was right if that happened to you you would go crazy, no matter if he caught any there or not you never cut someone off like that bro that was a dick move, he was on the bubble and you were already safe.

  4. All due respect to the pressure to win but you should consider at your level you way more than just a professional bass fisherman, you're a role model whether you asked for it or not and assured others are watching and will replicate what they see others do. Trust me, we have a bunch of "professionals" on our lake that watch what you guys do and think it's acceptable any given Saturday. It's ruining the day for us that just enjoy fishing for relaxing and having fun times with our families.

  5. Part of the game. Anyone who wants to make more of it is looking for a story. You’ve been an honest and upfront guy who is successful – haters will want to find things to bring you down. Keep it up bud.

  6. Jacob that wasn’t 100 yards. His boat was pointed the way you rolled in. That was straight up unprofessional. Winning that way is not the way. Regardless who fished it first he was fishing when you pulled up. You should have asked or gave way for him to keep fishing.

  7. Look, competitive people do competitive things. Competitive things are not always pretty. Look at nascar, they have been wrecking each other and way worse for 50yrs in the name of winning than what I saw here. Somehow they get over it. It’s always easy to be offended for someone else. Becker isn’t losing his mind, no one else should be.

  8. Yeah I’m on your side for alot of things but this isn’t one you know you was dead wrong for that i don’t care if im fishing for 100$ or 100,000 im not cutting another angler off

  9. Those little spots you find are what make you #1!! I just wish I knew how to find those. I really like how both you and Becker fish. You are both hammers. I hope you got it worked out and it sounds like you guys handled it like you are supposed to.
