I was watching the Bass tournament today. It was so boring. Guys standing around with a pole in their hand wait for a fish to come by.. what's up with the IV tents. The pros are to stupid hydrate before the tournament and during the tournament drink fluids.
One time I was fishing a prime spot with my boat double anchor s out. Fishing 12 inch plastic worms on a specific structure. Me and my Dad caught several large fish and this guy was watching us. He trolling motored into our area and started casting at my marker bouy. I asked him what the fuck do you think you are doing. His answer was Im in a tournament today. I told him I don't care you are in a tournament. I told him its my Fucking day off of work and Im enjoying it with my dad so I told him to back off. The guy had the nerve to make another cast. I told him I was only going to ask him one time to leave. He sat down and started his boat and floored it. He gave us the finger as he speed away. I have never seen someone behaving like that before or since that happened

I'll be honest with you. I have fished a lotttt of tournaments. Mostly ABA, but some BFL, local stuff, etc. I have friends on the various tours. It's to where I don't care at all about the pro stuff or any other series anymore as long as there is FFS. Tired of hearing pros whining and watching the backs of dude's heads.

Anybody that doesn’t understand why it would be courteous let a pro fish a certain area has obviously never participated in any kind of competitive sport and you also lack the ability to put yourself in their shoes. They’re on that lake once a year at most. Get over yourself this is literally their job. Let em fish then they’re outta there.
Randy I don't think it was determined that weekend anglers generally think they simply "shouldn't move for Tournament anglers". I've seen more people say consistently just be considerate, ask, and communicate. Not just roll in blasting hot on a guys spot he's fishing. Nobody on the lake is high and mighty over another. Period. But it seems that's the aspect long forgotten. People generally just really need to check themselves and their manners. You want to see a guy who conducts themselves properly, look no further than Cooper Galant. There's an angler that has his head on right, always respectful and courteous. There's many more too!
They weekend anglers should never have to give up a spot.

The tournament bass anglers arse all babies.i fished musky spots in tournaments when we on top of each other all time due to less fish than bass.you guys need to fish,and whoever gets them,gets em.They need to wave the distance rule
We were fishing Bear Creek Reservoir three weeks ago and we just fishing along no tournament just fun fishing and we were approaching a big pocket with some standing timber in it and about two hundred yards away there was a guy in a kayak and when he saw that we we getting close to that pocket he stop fishing and started to paddle as hard as he could to try and beat us to it but he didn’t make it but he went a head and cut us off and stopped right in the middle of the pocket casting all around from all directions some people have no respect I would have never done anyone that way. I’m 76 years old and I more respect but some people don’t.
The last couple of weeks have shown us the true colors of these so-called "professionals". They are just a bunch of entitled whiny babies. I have lost all respect for the "sport" of tournament fishing.

Many years ago I learned about tournament fishing. I had my family which included my children and two grandchildren on my pontoon boat fishing for panfish about 25 yards offshore. Then a musky tournament fisherman trolls right bete us and the shoreline. I told everyone to quickly reel in their lines. I asked him what he was doing and he said he was in an important musky tournament. I told him he was very inconsiderate and he used the f- bomb in front of all of us and kept on going. Since then I’ve kayak fished a lot and have had boats pull up right on top of me and a few almost upsetting my kayak! There are some nice guys however for the most part I’ve told people the rudest people I’ve ever meet are tournament fisherman! If you don’t believe it Randy buy a kayak stick some cameras on it and go out a few times. I love your channel and have learned a lot but there is simply no excuse for anyone pulling up on someone! Respect has unfortunately gone out of style long ago….
