I use to agree about the bugs my friend until I got Lyme disease one year, then rocky mtn fever the next year. Took almost 40 years of pulling dem little critters off without fear. Now I treat all my clothes with Permethrin. The skeeters suck down here in St. Louis.

It's only the female mosquitoes that suck blood. Male mosquitoes are actually pollinators just like bees.

Mosquitoes aren't as bad as jiggers. I don't know what happened to you and Ben. But you both are the reason I got into fishing again and am hooked on 6 Sense. I miss seeing yall fish together. But either wayi enjoy watching your videos and will keep supporting you and Stashly.
You can go to most any store and they sell something called bug spray. It actually works. Seriously , encephalitis can cause paralysis and death. Not to mention other stuff.

Bass fishing? Easy? Nah. Catfishing is much easier. You just throw your bait out and wait. And they’re almost always biting and they don’t get finicky if they e been caught, so pressure is less impactful, where as bass in a pressured spot won’t look twice at anything that doesn’t look natural. I have however caught the same catfish within 15 minutes. You could never do that with a bass.
And bass fishing in small creeks is especially difficult, cause there are so many baitfish that hit your line before the bass gets a chance, and bass have so many minnows and sunfish to eat in these creeks that they often don’t look at your lure twice. You’ll always catch a few, but it’s difficult to catch them in large #s in creeks unless it’s a special creek.
