Is this a Mount of the 15lb 8oz Mass State Record Largemouth Bass?

I took a trip down the Cape to check out two reports of mounts of this, now legendary fish. Is the fibergalss mount the fish? The skin mount was a nice fish, but was it 15.8 lbs?
