I’m probably going to get in trouble for showing this bass fishing rig. My buddy Ryan from Cast Baits has a secret technique that has been catching huge bass and in this video he shows how to rig it up using a swimbait.

How are they doing with the 4.1 swinbait
Just placed an order yesterday with Cast and spoke with Ryan briefly. Looking forward to trying the 3 inch Prodigy out on Smallmouth here in east Tennessee on our local rivers. I see a lot of potential with this bait.
Love the video. My Q, is the bait more effective in clear or stained water.
Looks good.
My recent setup of a 3/32 weedless jig from bass pro and a Zman MinnowZ in bad shad. I’ll skip it under docks, I’ll rip it across the top, I’ll let it fall to the bottom and hop it across the bottom.
You’ve got more of a dedicated pattern with this setup, but there’s even more versatility to be had with this.
secret juice 😅
sounds like a Banjo Minnow.
Im sorry you got in trouble.
Love it! Awesome tip bro
Aku melihat softlure itu dan jelas benda itu bukan murahan
On my way to the store…..
This would be great along weedlines or steep drops for suspending bass ! Great video as always
I feel like when the bait gets ripped off the hook you’ll lose a lot of weights. That’s my only issue with this technique. Other than that it’s genius.
If you take a hitch hiker and screw it in all the way then nose hook through the hitch hiker will save a ton of baits
Great vid braw!!!!👍

Gotta laugh at all the FFS hate! Guys, if you don't want FFS, or can't afford it, that's fine…but don't bash it. It's just a newer technology that you have the option to use…or not. This is merely another presentation. The sonar return that the tungsten gives makes it easier to track with FFS, but it's also a bit like "tight lining" or "moping" for our northern guys. Anglers have been using those techniques for years before FFS was even thought of. So bashing Mikey for FFS is ridiculous. The technique/presentation catches fish…regardless of the electronics, or lack thereof installed on your boat. Hell, a guy in a float tube could employ this presentation in the right conditions & absolutely whack 'em! And to the dude that claims he could outfish most of the Elite Series pros from the back of the boat…all I can say is bullshit! You've obviously never shared a boat with one of these guys. They are at the peak of the game for a reason. And, newsflash, it's NOT because they have the best electronics available. Look at someone like John Cox, he's got a unit on the console & one on the bow…pretty basic setup. But if there's a decent shallow water bite that can be established, he's gonna shine & take your money!
Try and save me a couple of the pink ones Balzz!! Lol🎣
Seems to me if you are going to nose hook the bait, wouldn’t it be cheaper to use minnows or shiners? Just asking Mikey 😊
I bet this rig will smash smallies man
Always nice to have options when it gets funky…….2d sonar and a little more work…..will still get a few bites.dont have the gear to do the whole ball of wax… then ride the drift and slang, slang, slang the baits 🤠🤙🎣

That is savage almost like live bait. Reminds me of nose hooking a fluke weightless which has been around a minute
😁
I think you could use that bait anywhere. The heck with livescope. Let's get back to good ole fishing instincts! Thanks mikey for the video and the secret..tight lines..
They are dang good! I bought some after the first video fishing them with a belly weight in muddy water and they have an amazing action and texture
Love the hush hush sneaky leak haha. Working on a few sneaky lures for this year myself, other than my worm. Beefed up my heavy setup too, let's gooo.
I'm going to get in trouble for saying this…WHAT!!!…another swimbait to buy. Come on man I'm running out of money and boat storage. A little humor from one of your subscribers.
Thank you for sharing, and Ryan is an awesome guy with so much passion for the Cast Prodigy Baits❤️👊
This looks good… I need it… I hate you
I love new techniques! Did you see what I did with a switchblade and a Texas rig? Spoiler – It's bonkers!
