When it comes to bass fishing, most anglers are fairly locked in on lures and how they are the centerpiece for catching bass. But what if all the focus on baits and lures is actually hurting your chances of catching fish? Sounds crazy, right? But believe it or not, that’s actually the case. There are so many other factors that we need to focus on before we ever even think about what lures to throw and focusing on those aspects are a great way to greatly increase your bites and hookups! #fishing #bassfishing #fishingtips

Are you a super-serious bass angler or are you just looking to get out and have a little fun and relax?
I go fishing to relax. I take a day a week and hit some of the lakes around central Florida and bank fish.
I’m a tackle junky also, but there a are a lot worse things to be addicted too. My wife thinks I’m nuts.😃
Just dropping by to leave a comment, definitely not watching the video 😉
Thanks Lowbrow for this video. Very good information and I appreciate the reminder. Catch you soon.
It is so very fun and satisfying to have a plan and it pays off. Helps to make up for those days I swing and miss big time. 😂
To me fishing is “Me time” after a long week at work.. don’t get me wrong I like a challenge too with family or friends..
*ignored i hate success
I just want to sit out on my dock and relax for a bit. Catching fish is a plus.
I like fishing for fun but I also like catching bass
I always plan out my trips to the water. It helps me find bass that other guys aren't targeting so I get areas all to myself. At least until so.done sees me catch fish.
Thank you lowbrow, I’ve been having consistent success but, I’ve felt overwhelmed on all the tackle that there is to use. This video gave me a better approach on how to use my tackle 🔥🔥
I noticed that when I see minnows by the bank I almost always have a better day.
I try to just be casual but then I get mad and start acting all serious. It don't help me catch more fish though.
This may be anecdotal but I have found when fish are actively chasing bluegill (the predominant bait fish where I live) they ignore pretty much everything but if I return to those areas later they bite like crazy.
I never really considered myself really serious about bass fishing until I started watching a bunch of videos about it
