  1. I know, for a matter of fact, people can the whole lake and other spots but I know with my family myself there’s certain parts of lakes we like to fish and sometimes on the lake we like to fish there are other people in the area now they weren’t fishing right next to you which it could’ve been a simple mistake with them not noticing that they were your holes because it didn’t look like you guys had a rod in one of them I know when me and my grandpa go ice fishing and there are holes already there that have no rods. We sometimes tend to take those holes so really I think if it’s a public lake then why does it matter if they’re not right next to you?

  2. Im sorry I wasted 13:00 minutes of my life watching your video!! I would consider you a butt head !!! It’s not your lake !!! It’s possible you were in the spot they fished the previous day. You are very obnoxious to watch!!!!

  3. If this is serious–You are an @zz?? You just made lake shore owners that think they own the water look less stupid!!! I drilled that hole. I own it? For how long? You got a lease? Hopefully this is a joke. If this is for real I have never seen a video that says I am clueless more than this one. Isn't tik tok the place for the obnoxious agitators?

  4. Some people were born stupid, dropped on their heads as babies by their parents, or need to learn a painful lesson in life. Fishing etiquette goes a long way , respect for others, at least asking permission and having courtesy to fish by someone.

Some young man and his girlfriend just had a gun pulled on them over an ice fishing spot in Racine Harbor / Wisconsin “Lake Michigan” while Trout fishing. The gun man was arrested, but pulling guns over a fishing spot! Watch out who you’re messing with, some people are psychos carrying guns!

No fish or spot is seriously worth fighting over, or losing life , getting sued, or arrested over. I know some guys are frustrated and need an ear or face full of angry words and fists. But it’s not worth the hassle, risks, just hold your breath, keep on fishing, find new fish, maybe even make nice with the other fisherman.

Some guys only know to be followers in the water and ice, and I’ve been followed around lakes before spot to spot, had guys park on top of my spots nearby when the whole lake was wide open to fish, but sometimes people don’t know better, understand etiquette, some are new to fishing, etc!

I’ve made friends with a few people who I originally thought were inconsiderate on the water, some people have to be taught. But those guys you dealt with were jackasses! Totally inconsiderate just by their basic attitudes overall.

But times have changed, it’s a dangerous world, and it’s just fishing when all is said and done. I hate crowded spots and idiots more than probably anyone, but through experience, and seeing others experience things on the water , it’s important to show restraint and pick your battles in life.

There will always be a few idiots who ruin it for others or make life unbearable. I’ve gotten into screaming matches with idiots, knocked the crap out of a guy once who got in my face many years ago. I’m just glad they didn’t pull guns like so many guys do nowadays. Some people are cowards and don’t use words or fists to fight their battles unfortunately.

Nice video, glad you didn’t get hurt or arrested, stay safe on the ice and good luck fishing 🎣

  5. This past Sunday an out of stater pulled a gun on a local that was already set up on the ice. Same thing, the entire harbor was up for grabs, but the out of staters chose to try and set up 10 yards away. The local brought their bad etiquette to their attention, which resulted with them becoming aggressive and pulling a gun. Cops arrested the POS FIB.

  6. All that lake and set up next to you. Thats messed up. Im guessing he has no clue where to fish but damn right by you. He could of at least asked you if he could fish there. Wow

  7. I dunno that lake or spot but I know some of the spots I fish, people just pile up cause the spot is "the spot". But you're right, etiquette says if there's someone there you should move on… or at least ask
