Ice fishing for bass can be both fun and challenging. Cold water temperatures slow bass metabolism making it more difficult to get them to bite. However, every winter I catch a lot of bass through the ice on gear primarily aimed at panfish. In today’s adventure I managed to catch both Largemouth and Smallmouth Bass from the same lake on the same lure on the same day.
