Bass fishing is all about learning and I’ve been playing around with different baits in the winter cold water periods. I’ve discovered over the last few years that a chatterbait can be a great cold dirty water bait in the right conditions. I’d been catching fish on a jerkbait but due to recent rains the water became more stained. I decided to try a chatterbait and it started working. Here’s how the day went.
