  1. Seriously? 50th place is worthy of a check? Sounds alot like a "Participation Trophy" to me. Stop trying to pay everyone and the payouts will be bigger for the ones that actually earned a check.

  2. Randy, it’s not corporate America it’s not anything other than us. We are pandering to the “dream”. And corporate America, and that includes bias know that people will do anything to live the dream they are using us against ourselves. The solution is easy people just stop fishing tournaments for a short time quit feeding the machine. It’s simple.

  3. 😂 Big Corporate is worth money . Bass is no where nere in value what other fortune 500 companies are worth. It's the cost of living and you can thank clueless Joe for that we've had over 30 % if not more inflation in the past 4 years . The economy sucks for those working a 9-5 . And when it comes to Bass they don't need people in charge of putting rules in place that know nothing about bass fishing Chase Anderson and his family are wealthy and bought Bass on a business model to make money . They could care less who fishes as long as you got money.

  4. Im just an ole boy from SC near Hartwell. I'm a weekend angler with a 14 yr old son. FFS has made fishing together so much more fun together. I wish people would quit crying about technology advancing in the sport. If your problem is with the payout in the elite series getting 500 bucks for 40th place ….well guess what you aint elite for that tournament. Your comments on the economy seem to be based on democratic/ mainstream media info. If your asking your viewers to speak out about something they actually like (FFS) you should probably look at your business model from a 3rd party perspective. You can ask blockbuster video. Stick to vids about fishing tips and techniques (using FFS) because that population is larger than the "pros"

  5. You answered the sponsorship question in previous episodes. Social media has a more cost efficient impact than sponsorship, TV, magazine ads, and success. add into that the decline in fishing tackle sales as a result of FFS. and as it relates to other species, live bait may make a comeback, because if you combine FFS and live or natural bait, all species, both fresh and salt, will be devastated. and you Don't love BASS any longer, they have turned into an EX WIFE, they won't listen, won't learn, and make bad decisions! Time for a divorce. you loved Ray Scott's BASS, but it is dead.

  6. The Angler Advisory Board does not consist of cheater box anglers as you stated. Most are seasoned veterans with two exceptions, Ben Millikan and Alex Weatherell. The rest are John Crews, Mark Menendez, Lee Livesay, and Drew Benton, none of which are what anyone would call cheater box guys.
You'll probably start seeing a broader opinion, but it probably won't matter. BASS won't do away with FFS.

  7. Your comments about the economy are very ill informed.
James Coale in your comments section tries to give you a basic understanding of what has gone on. Two things have gone on recently.
One it appears that Bass will adjust to push back as you always advise them to do.
Two, Humminbird has just started promoting their new Mega Live 2 ffs.
These companies only make products and continue to make them and improve them that SELL!!!

  8. think the key issue here? making a living as a touring pro is hard. very hard and getting harder. might have been a good choice for me when I went to college and joined the daily workforce?

  9. The economy is good for fewer and fewer people. You ask a good question. Another question is why dont wages follow prices and the DOW and the TRUE cost of living. I was not even a mediocre angler but back in Heartland and Central Pro Am but I could pay a lot of expenses with winnings but now fishing tournaments I am a 99% donator but it is by choice no body makes me fish and I am old and I really suck at it now but I still have a 51% love of competitive fishing.

  10. So many people want to be professionals. The supply of people wanting to be pros is so high the tournament trails will never hurts for anglers. That being said the trails don't have to pay out more

  11. Hey Randy just wanted to wish you and your family a merry Christmas and also thank you for helping me through the last few years for teaching me all the tips and technics of fishing your awesome

  12. The Professional Bass Fishing trails are just one big Pyramid Scheme. The organizations and executives do well, the top 10% of the Professional level anglers make it, and they are constantly trying to recruit new anglers to compete, who will not theoretically make it.
