It's the ADHD Squirrel reference again. I'm still an ADHD Cocker spaniel with a touch of OCD

… what were you talking about again?
Man a 10:1 is a great idea for a buzz bait it’s so hard to fish a buzz from a kayak that would make it way easier
i tried a deep diving crank bait on a 7:5 reel and it will work you to death. changed to a 5:1 and it was so much easier to crank.
So as a person that doesn't have a boat… what would you recommend for a bank fisher that can't carry more than a couple of rods? Reel wise.
Great information thank you I am looking at the bass pro shop 7' heavy whuppinstick moderate
I'm know I'm crazy but I just got a spincaster replaced and gonna use it as it has a very solid gear ratio 4:1 and use it to keep me from reeling in my finesse baits to fast as I have serious adHD issues. I know I need to adjust with smaller rod action too but I'll be curious to see if they extra torque helps offset my speed being sacrificed. If it does it may help my son who's 8 to not have to struggle as hard as he's only 8 if he catches a biggun.
Great idea, I’m surprised how many times I’ve heard someone ask what Gear Ratio is.
I get to be the 1st like
