Leagues are a business. A successful business doesn’t have the model of catering to the anglers, especially since most anglers are pre Madonna’s.
Technology being promoted no different then the old pros promoting new boats ,motors, rods , reels tackle over the years.to me I have seen social media do the most damage to fishing
The electronic companies should just start a new program where they send all anglers AirTags to tag every fish with so after a few years you can just pull up to the lake and open your laptop and see where all the fish are so we can cut out having to ride around the lake spot lighting them
Question. If you sign a contract with a company to participate in their organization, don't you agree to abide by the rules of that company? If you don't want to abide by the rules, don't sign the contract. Go someplace where you can do they way you want.

The so called pros love their electronics so much then just give them VR visors and let them fish in tron land.This will get them off our bodies of water and de-stress our local lakes.Since they refuse to grow up and go to work for a living this seems to be the only way to get rid of them.What kind of guy whores out what he supposedly loves to do best for money?🧙♂️
It's just simply boring. Used to love watching the pro tournies. Now I can't get past a few minutes of watching someone play what's more of a VR video game than real fishing.
Hi Randy, This is not a popular view, but the reality is that these guys are not professional anglers. If you have to pay to fish, you are certainly not a professional. Is there any other sport that requires the athletes to pay to play. No, they are paid whether they win or lose. The elites and BPT are just at a higher level than the other tours regarding payout in tournaments and there entry fees are higher as well. I agree with you, these organizations need to eliminate entry fees at the top level. However, I think sponsors realize that the tours don't provide the exposure they used to, social media is a better choice to get their products in front of their potential customers. I think the future of the elites and BPT tours is a bit sketchy right now.

Veterans need to start another bass tournament of their own and fishing bassmasters where FFS isn't allowed send a message to other tournament that it won't be tolerated
They got stricter regulations. What percentage of anglers wanted it abolished altogether?

If pro fishing is so bad. Why do you do it? If the tournament organizers treat fishermen so bad quit. Lol. You’ve got it made. Your living the dream and complain about it none stop. I’d say any one of your followers would trade you places in a heart beat. We only have one life live it. There so much negativity in the world anymore.
My standard comment, BASS and MLF are in dire need of adult supervision.
1. The pros need to organize, something like PGA but not exactly like it. This organization needs to set guidelines for who is qualified to hold a PRO Qualification. They can then enter into a contract with a series and they have to guarantee entry for the Pros that are qualified.
2. The amount of turnover in the Elite series and the other one is absurd. Maybe the field is too big.
3. FFS is worse than laser range finders in golf. It needs to go away from pro fishing entirely. The young guys who are good at it will be fine. These are gifted anglers and they mechanically skilled anglers that would adapt.
Viewership should be and in fact is way down!!!
If you think about it, I feel the BPT has the best solution, for at least next year, regarding scopeadoping. 1 of the 3 periods to scope will make it very interesting. I’m curious to see how the dominant scopers do when made to actually fish!
You shoild talk about how Jame said Jacob has failed a couple of polys with no punishment I believe cheating or ppl being allowed to cheat is a worse problem than ffs

Bassmaster and MLF are probably being paid to make sure the cheater boxes stay legal. Garmin, Lowrance and Hummingbird don’t want their big money makers illegal even if it’s dumbing down the sport. Corporations and spoiled brats will strip talent out of fishing just like they did in car racing.

There is not much the average guy can do to stop this craziness . Except to not watch it and not support it or be a member of it .
I'm 65 and live to fish . I fish almost everday sometimes . I put limits on myself to preserve what I think fishing should be . And hope the new breed doesn't ruin the fishery
The pros finally got filled up with the BS, Then they started MLF, and they screwed it up. That was the best thing going and then stupid decisions were made by the stock holders(fisherman)

Randy im so done with all this BS. Real fishing is done period. My head hurts from all this Sh$t anymore. Im 62 years old and don't need it. All i need is a couple of fishing poles to take my grandkids fishing. Great video Randy.
