-The Antidote Glide is recommended with fluorocarbon 17 lb test or 50lb braid, since it weighs 2.7 oz using mono won’t make it sink as fast.
-The tail attachment is permanent, not replaceable like the Explorer Lineup we have.
-Seamless finish connection from body to tail.
-With the Antidote 7 you can do a 180 and even a 360 with some practice, twitch the bait with some slack, it will turn.
-If rod tip is pointed up 45 degrees, as soon as it hits the water on a medium to fast retrieve you can glide this subsurface/topwater
-With the hooks given, Its rated 6 inch per sec with normal water temps.

In order to up your hookup to land ratio, get yourself a proper dedicated swimbait setup. Daiwa SXSB, Okuma Guide Select A, or a Dobyns Fury are all excellent budget friendly options. Shimano Cardiff 300a or the Daiwa Lexa 300 are excellent reels that you can get for fairly cheap nowadays. Good luck and tight lines brother!

You should try the Mike Bucca Baby Bull Shad from Karl’s. It’s a collab with Catch co. They aren’t huge (hence the name) but they are awesome! But loving this series!
