Sup Alex, $28 wow, I remember years ago channels sold hooks more than that lol, Berkeley choppo I used and cought bass great deal, love beetle spin as may know, bought bag just spinners for jigheads use any fish, want to get a swim jig and try one, great haul bro, tyvm tc 🎣

Great job ! It's hard to beat Academy prices . Our new store opened right before Christmas and started having clearance sales on day 1. But you always seem to hit the gold mine when you shop for bargains. Don't under estimate the H20 brand either, they catch big fish as good as the high priced big names. Be safe Alex !

Here's a great tip to help you snag a lot less with a square bill crankbait. Use short shank treble hooks. If the trouble hook can swing over the lip. I always change them out

Alex I was able to find some things on sale at my Walmart here in eastern Kentucky! Can’t beat good deals!
You got a great deal on the choppo! Those are like 9 bux or more usually! I got lucky once and paid 8 bux for 1 on amazon and they sent me an entire box of 3!

My academy didn't have a great clearance on the clearance lures, nor a good clearance site to begin with.
Bass pro shops is running a sale. Kastking also has a sale going. Walmart is picked over now. I got alot of good stuff for cheap though!

Scored a clearance Abu reel orig priced at $39 down to $13 at Walmart. Lures are not on sale, but hopefully they e=will be soon! Going to throw a number of weedless jig heads this year since I bank fish as much as you!
