  1. Does anybody have any concerns with the potential health hazards of working with lead? I really want to pour my own lead-based lures, but am not sure. Anybody have any thoughts?

  2. PS also wear safety glasses when pouring your lead. Molten lead explodes when the littlest drip of anything liquid hits it. A friend I was with got some serious 3rd degree burns because a bead of sweat dripped off his forehead into the pot.
