  1. I am not trying to brag but trying to help. I am a 15 year old angler, I work for my tournament entries (don't get a dime from parents for fishing) I have made my name known around the Eau Claire Wisconsin area. I fish local tournaments and place highly, also travel a few times out of state or hours away and place very well. I am currently sponsored by FishFree and Ardent reels and am working on others. Get your name known and they'll find you. FishFree came to me and I was recommended by an Ardent member to put in an application. Don't try to get sponsors like everyone else, worry about fishing and they'll find you. And make sure you actually believe in the product before you get into a deal. Don't just put any name on your jersey

  2. Great info guys, I host a local fishing show here in Oregon and we are alway's looking for sponsors as well as working hard to for our current sponsors. Not just to pay the bills but mostly because we use and truely believe in the companies and products we promote. So I really liked Aron Martins comment and agree completely, You should alway's try to represent and promote the ones you really believe in and that lets you feel good about what your selling to your loyal viewers and fans.
