  1. 💯 on your technique advice. When I walk up to glass I tie the sprayin shad, a little chop the patroller. Spinning reel, 15 lb braid, 7’ medium or even a versatile medium/heavy, etc. One thing I would add, you can still get a nice “bloop” with a little slack and extra finesse. When the fish are active I use the splash technique, when they’re a little slower and hesitant I use the popping technique. Fantastic design and colors for all occasions. Only drawback is the roaster tail design, which came off after 2 catches. Still slays without it, but maybe take a look at the production quality there. Btw when fishing New York the Ghost Gill absolutely crushes dawn to dusk on a clear sunny day in semi to clear water.
