  1. In my muddy water studies, I literally watched Matt Allen's (Tacticalbassin) video right before this! So great that you quoted him on spinnerbaits! Love both of your channels!

  2. Flukemaster 12:45 if youre fishing big lakes use the willow leaf blade.
me:great now i gotta go back to academy and purchase the strike king mini spinnerbaits with solid white color solid color even though i just purchased the colorado bladed version.

  3. Going out to fish muddy water tomorrow, and I came straight to Flukemaster to hear his insight. Best insructional videos. I met Flukemaster at the boat ramp last year and he is a high quality fishermen and an even better dude. Thanks for these vids man!

  4. Iโ€™ve been dealing with this problem a lot and the cove that I live in is really shallow and have very very little cover so Iโ€™m hoping this will work to get them ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ one question I have is if this is going to all work, when there isnโ€™t much cover?

  5. Thanks for the video you changing so many kids lives with these instruction.. No better feeling in the world than seeing someones face when they hook up to that first 7 pounder. Especially beginners.. You can just tell when their hooked on bass fishing for life.. Anyway thanks for getting kids off the video games and back to the outdoors..

  7. One way I like to describe why bass are tight to cover in muddy water is by relating it to when you're in a dark room. You aren't going to want to stand in the middle of the room with no point of reference. You're going to want to find the nearest wall or STRUCTURE to come into contact with so that you can figure out what your position is in the world. Same goes with our beloved bass and any other living organism who's senses are impaired by the environment. They'll want to figure out where they are, and establish comfort within that position until conditions clear up, or whatever is impairing their vision, or positioning senses clears up.I just thought I'd drop this little gem for you and my other fishing friends. Thanks for the awesome video Flukemaster!

  8. Love the information Fluke. Your general fishing videos are fun, but i LOVE the ones with you just breaking down how you think.
Also, what is your lapel mic? I'm looking to make a couple videos but can't find a good lapel.

  9. Flukemaster: PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE stick to fishing public waters as much as possible! When you went down to Bienville for the winter, I almost stopped watching your channel because I wasn't learning much of anything that I felt was applicable to me. Private waters–especially in Florida–are simply unrealistic for 90% of us. I loved your old videos on Clarks Hill and a lot of the new ones at other PUBLIC venues. You are one of the best fishing mentors on YouTube, but I just feel you will end up helping the most people by sticking to scenarios that are accessible to the largest % of viewers. Thanks for all the great content!! You're awesome!

  10. You got me started on youtube bass fishing videos years ago, with videos just like this one. Also being from NorCal, I liked the Matt Allen reference. I also watched that video where he was talking about spinnerbait blades, it made sense. Keep it up.

  11. Gene- love all your stuff man, and super stoked you seem to be doing more Kayak fishing lately! you should check out NuTech jigs. They give me nothing so this is genuine… They are nearly impossible to get hung up. They have a video pulling it through a chain link fence. I really like all the colors they offer too. Made right here in SW Missouri. Tight lines bro!
