ill usually give it a couple of light jigs, tends to work it like it darting or swing jsut every once in a while, usually nabs me my first 3 or so fish. or i fish it this way

Thank you for this video. It really helped me become more familiar with Senkos, and it is quickly becoming one of my favorite baits. I do have one question though- Is there any reason why a 3/0 EWG would perform better than a 4/0? I've been fishing them on both, but see no apparent difference.
Must say I love top water lures but I've started loving senko and the wacky rig and this video was awesome and helpful thank you very much happy fishing

I took my brother fishing last year to a local river (small, not like the Mississippi). I gave him a weightless senko (actually a Yum Dinger). He threw it out and as it was floating down a fish grabbed it but he didn't notice. I told him his line was moving and he set the hook and caught a 3lber but unfortunately like Glenn said, he was gut hooked because he wasn't watching his line.

Are yum dingers any good for this because run I'm using 20lb braid with 13lb Fluor carbon leader on my rod which I usually use for search baits
