THANK you so much sir I never knew how to use these now I know GOD Bless you
First thing: have bass boat with high end fish finder.
What the Martin family has done for the fishing industry is beyond priceless. I grew up watching his father. And, STILL watch him. Roland's so genuine, and relatable. Looks like Scott was given that gift, as well. This is interesting… That doesn't look like a Florida lake. My question is what colors are they using in Florida (Harris, Toho, Okeechobee, etc..). Using solid vs translucent, I get…it's the colors I've not heard anyone really talk about (as far as Florida goes). I'm one of those guys that likes to learn just by getting out there and putting in the hours, and doing what works best for me. But, we live in a day and age that a bait now costs anywhere from $10-$25. The idea of buying every colored offered, then seeing what works is no longer affordable. So, I'm trying to figure out what they're using in central Florida. Thanks for another great video, Scott.
Great vid! Appreciate it. Very succinct and clearly presented
Imagine a how to video where you show how to move it through the water instead of talking about size depth etc.
Isn't it boring fishing with that livescope. It's gotta take all the fun out of it.
Great video! I just got to the spot and I personally know how to work these bad Bois but my Lil bro is a n00b. This video helped him get the idea of what to do! Thanx a ton!
What brand and model are the ones you like in claudy days? Are those lucky crafts?
Jerkbaits are absolutely my favorite method of bass fishing. Itβs time tested and works
Like I appreciate these videos but all I care about is how to actually work a jerkbait idgaf about the gear ainβt as important as your sponsors want you to make us think. 8/10 video.
Dang man, i just want to catch a fish. Not try to earn my PHD. Bass fishing is so seemingly complex. I guess one must be really desperate to catch a bass
πππ
Like Father like Son ! Thanks Scottβ¦
Hey Scott, The Googan Squad jerkbait you're using. What color is that called? Did not see anything with a chartreuse belly.
Great videos Scott!
Scott youβre a legend man. Great video.
Thanks Scott I'm going to Norris lake TN .going to use some jerk baits hopefully will catch them .going for the stripers too
Found some awesome jerkbaits… new video on my channel
may i use braided line for jerkbait ?
Anything colored βyellow perchβ gets eaten up here in west Michigan! Love jerkbaits, almost feels like cheating when you find the right one that dances above the grass so when you feel like youβve caught a log or grass you know itβs a fish π£
what type of knot are you using?
How the hell am I supposed to know where the fish are? Talking about what size lip to use depending on what depth the fish are at …. if I knew that I might actually catch something lol
Thank you for making this video!! I just bought my first jerkbait today and had no idea how to use it.
That's literally the first time I ever seen fish on a fish radar ππ I'm getting one
Why won't a just plain silver works all around cause that the color of minnows π€¨π€??
You wanna finish with that tip down π just re-read this till it makes sense
Nicely done, Thank you. Instead of a video where I only get to watch someone show off, ( so many others are like that) you, are polite and a very good instructor. I have been figuring out Glenville lake, near Cashiers NC. The surface temps are in the upper fourties, a few places 50. I am going to have a good time using what you showed me. Lately I have had the lake to myself. I caught a three pound Brown trout on a jerkbait Sunday. Thank you Scott. George.
One of my favorite fisherman! Thanks for the great videos.
I know this is an old video but if you see this could you suggest colors for lakes and ponds that donβt have shad
Scott, my problem is most jerkbait rods
Labeled as jerkbait seem stiff to a degree, yet when i watch you and jacob wheeler and especially wheeler the rod seems to have lot of whip to it.
Long winded i know, but i have a loomis rod not labeled as jerkbait but when i compared it to megabass etc seems to have same action and length…now i only caught two on jerkbait with it yesterday. But same conditions when use a really limber st croix rod i smashed them.
Im not cheap and kinda anal, id rather buy one designed for jerkbait. My hunch
Is im doing things wrong and the limber st croix is covering up my mistakes
Or im fishing like wheeler setup.
Thanks Scott great video Aloha from the Great Lakes
Great info man.. my partner heading up to Georgia for some jerkbait action so I sent him this π
