Great video LB. About the wind, I always was taught: The wind out of the west, fishing is the best; The wind out of the south, hook them in the mouth; The wind out of the east, fish bite the least.
I have always caught my most fish with the barometric pressure on the rise and a west and south wind, but have caught them on north and east wind too, but not as much as a west and south wind.

Nice video and some good information! I have never really thought much about specific February colors, but I tend to stick to trying to match the main forage base. I do like to throw some black/brown when fishing jigs. Keep up the great work!
