Ask any angler and they’ll tell you that the link between getting bites and barometric pressure of the atmosphere is rock solid and proven; but is it really? Scientific research is shedding new light on what we thought we knew, and in this video we’ll take a deep dive look at what the relationship between bites and air pressure really are. #fishing #bassfishing #fishingtips

How much do you rely on barometric pressure for your fishing?
The tournaments I've been in proved to me that someone always catches ! I did notice fish "weights" go down but the e smaller fish seem to bite. I think the negatives put the fisherman in a funk as much as the fish.
Interesting video!
To even muddy the water further theory for tidal water and river bass is that cold fronts do not bother them. Something to do with the constant moving water. This also applied to barometric pressure.
Interesting information always thought pressure made the bite now I know better . Thank you
I use 30.00 as my high/low
I can't count how many a them fishing tales I heard. If I listened to all the fishing advice that was gave to me I aint never gonna catch no fish!
Great video that is super informative! Thanks for the info!
I'd swear that pressure makes a big difference but there have been bright sunny days of high pressure when I caught a lot of bass. And there are cloudy days when I've gotten skunked.
I never think about what the pressure is when I go fishing. I did my own experiments and found that 100% of the time bass swim away from my lures under all conditions.
I can't say I'm surprised. Water is much thicker than air so a change in barometric pressure does nothing underwater.
This video blows my mind. Air pressure is something I never even thought about questioning. Thanks for making me think LB!
