Everything goes wrong when you have insane fishing conditions but big PB bass tend to bite as well. This was the craziest day of fishing I have ever experienced. We caught multiple species, largemouth and smallmouth bass fishing a current eddie at the mouth of a creek. Clear water would meet the muddy water being pumped out of the dam to the main lake and fish were stacked up on a ledge. Key baits were a Mag Ned Rig, finesse jig, and a drop shot. Prior to figuring out the pattern I managed to hook myself in the knee with a crankbait while fighting a mystery fishing I couldn’t identify. I managed to remove the hook ripping it out with a pliers. An insane day that I will never forget, the first time I broke 20lbs with 5 fish in Alabama and an epic mixed species bag of bass!
