High School Bass Fishing Tournament BOAT CRASH Injuries 6

Over the weekend we had another boat crash involving two boat during a high school bass fishing tournament. Four people were injured and went to the hospital. One person stayed overnight and one person had a punctured lungs and broken ribs. How did this happen? And was it done because the other boat that jumped over the first boat, the driver wasn’t paying attention?
