In this video I share a situation that I really never planned to do a video about. A homeowner harassed me while I was fishing a public lake inlet that ran between his property and his neighbors. Then, after I told him that I had the right to be there, he told me he could kill me and then drag me on his property. That’s when things changed.

Under no circumstance is it okay to harass others or threaten others lives. Those men are terrible and its unfortunate that you had to deal with this but good on you for standing up for yourself.
What will happen is eventually that landowner will put that challenge on the table to a war vet with PTSD that dont give a f@#$. That dude and his buddy are gonna get ventilated….

When I was growing up as a kid, people weren't like this. I don't know what's going on. Maybe they're putting something in our water. That makes everybody irritable. I don't know

A gate across the water that is plain DUMB & you are right water is not owned by anybody unless you own a pond in your own backyard or lake that is MADE!
like the video, happens to me alot, that said there have be times owners and i have had fish frys, one time the old lady and i where camping down the river and a dog followed us along side for awile than ran home tell its owers about us. they intived us to camp there, best of times. just seems people are so uptight now!

My wife and I were kayaking last year we were shot at for as long as they could until we got to cover then they came looking for us when I called the cops they couldn’t do a damn thing when we got home state trooper came to the house I gave him a pin drop on a map and where it happened!!!! Never heard anything else from them thank God my wife wasn’t hit it would’ve been horrible

You kept your head bout you, distance, like you said, call the cops, he threatened your life!, this could have been your body floating

I've had this happen to me. I was fishings with a friend in his boat. The man that was upset because we were fishing his dock said he would go get his gun and shoot us. He went in his house to get it. I said let's go but the boat owner pulled a .357 out from under his seat. He said if the guy comes out with a gun and points it at him he will shoot him. Luckily he never came out of the house before we finished fishing his dock. My heart was doing about two hundred miles per hour by then. Don't do this just swallow your pride and leave.

Gates, docks they people living on water should be given letters from the state not to harass fishermen
That gate is definitely not legal in my state.
