Grinding for Bites After a Cold Front | Susquehanna River Kayak Fishing

I headed out to the Susquehanna River in my kayak for a few hours of smallmouth bass fishing, hoping to take advantage of the fall bite. Unfortunately, a cold front rolled through and temperatures dropped 20 degrees, making for a much tougher day on the water.

With the fish not cooperating, I had to slow things down and grind it out with a tube and dropshot to get bites. Fall fishing can be incredible, but a sudden weather change can make you work for every fish!

Come along for a few hours of kayak fishing on the Susquehanna River as I figure out how to adjust to changing conditions and put some smallmouth in the kayak.
