Yea my dad and a few other guys leased a piece of property they never fished it till me and my brother did well they stocked it with F1 tiger bass look them up and they had some in there that were 12 plus pounds that were massive I caught a 8.5 and my brother caught a 10 and we havnt fished it for 2 years man I would pay any amount of money to fish that pond again
