The way y'all 2 fight a fish is totally different. Matt horses em more so it seems, where Tim plays them a little more. Me and my tournament partner are the same, he plays em, I horse em. We both lose about the same number of fish though.
It would be cool if you put date and water temp in the info along with your lure specs.
Looking into getting my 1st swimbait setup, I noticed what you had mentioned about tne budget combo being a dobyns 806 and the cardiff 400, what is your opinion on. Pairing that same rod with the okuma citrix 354? Its a good price on amazon right now, and I really like tbe low profile look, your guys's videos are great by the way! Really helping me get into bass fishing!

Guys, I'm officially in the big bait game, glides and hudds, a magdraft, etc. I bought a bunch of your recommendations. One problem is, I live in Wisconsin with the toothy critters of the esox family (northern pike and musky) are there changes that you think I should make to my leader setup to avoid losing my beloved hudds, or should I just let it fly and consider it the cost of a good time?

How much time do y'all typically give a swimbait before changing your lure? And have you had any success fishing them in ponds? Ponds are all I fish in here in Oklahoma.
Are the new curado rods very sensitive?? I'm trying to decide between a zodias and a curado. I do prefer a full cork handle but didn't know if I would be sacrificing feel? I haven't tried either so I was hoping you could help. Thanks!
