Been seeing a lot of really amazing content on catching and cooking fish. So I decided to give it a whirl in HOLYFISH style. Tried to catch some big nice fat Rainbow Trout but they just weren’t having it. So smallmouth bass ended up being on the menu today. And it, was, Delicious. Watch the whole video to see how it all came together. Due to terrible wind and audio quality during the cook segment of the video I am including the recipe below so if you want to try it you are more than welcome.

BASS TACO RECIPE:
1. One Fat Bass
2. Louisiana Fish Fry Bread crumbs
3. Cholula Cilantro Lime Sauce
3. 1/2 White onion raw
4. 1 Ripe Lime
5. Coleslaw
6. Corn Street Taco Tortilla
7. Yum Yum Sauce

DIRECTIONS:
1. Prepare the onions, coleslaw, and lime first
2. Fillet bass
3. Heat Oil
4. Dip fish in wet ingredients (cholula sauce)
5. Shake in fish fry crumbs
6. Cook in hot oil until crispy and golden
7. Assemble taco as seen in video
8. Enjoy
