What a wild day on the water! Join me for an intense kayak bass fishing tournament on Nickajack Lake. The first half of the day was rough — tons of topwater blowups on the frog, but the bass just wouldn’t commit. Frustration was high with missed hooksets and lost opportunities.

But things turned around in the second half! I adjusted my strategy, stayed persistent, and the bite finally turned on. I managed to land a solid limit and clinched 2nd place by the end of the day.
