Adam was about to go on a run of guiding for a month and needed to make sure he knew what the bass were up to and make sure they were in their summer holding patterns for the clients. We recruited Bryant to come along and help for this scouting mission.
One of the top comments we get about our videos is how much y’all like that it feels like we take you on the trip with us. We wanted to try something new and really lean into that, so we tried something different in this film. I like the camera angle a lot; I like peeing fish more. Hope hobo Steve is alive and well.
I'm really digging the lean into the whole "client POV" where the camera is in the back of the boat! Some parts in the start seem a little over-exposed, but definitely not unwatchable. The work being put in with the shifting perspectives from the person in the bow to the person rowing was incredible! I know how hard it is to handle things like that on the water too, especially through sunglasses. Great to see you guys getting out there and constantly improving the production quality of your videos. You should definitely come to Missouri sometime and try to get on the smallies here. They're insane!
