Fly Fishing for Bass in the Mountains of Alabama: “Part 2 of a Journey South: Art and Fishing”

We team up with Mary Beth Meeks (@mbmeeks.blockprints), Paige Jones (@flyfishinwoman9_ with Ross and Abel Reels) and @Dorsaloutdoors to document some of the finest fly fishing in the Southeast. The fine folks at @troutroutes and @GrundensUSA joined the crew as well!

But it’s not all about fishing for this dynamic duo! They’re both phenomenal artists who combine there talents and focuses to memorialize the experience of this adventure.

This episode throws a curveball, as MB takes on a knee injury, leaving Paige fighting to find her first bass on the fly. She’s got a little help, as Ben from @dorsaloutdoors hikes, guides, and films the journey up river for the beautiful, native, Coosa Redeye bass.
