Flipping and Punching for Summer Largemouth Bass on the Grand River

Punching for largemouth bass is a very effective way of fishing during the heat of the summer. Largemouth bass often hang out under the densest weeds for shad and food.

This fishing technique is not easy, but this video shows how I have success punching them in the thickest of weeds. I discuss the lures, baits, and tackle necessary.
