I don't envy your next few months, but there are times that I think it just might be worth fighting through the freezing cold and snowy winter just to be able to enjoy the remarkable fisheries you have access to, and so much fishing success in. Blessings! I look forward to the next few videos before "hibernation" season.
The fish of ten thousand cast is true. Why would the state remove all those Muskies and Pike?
Could you recommend a pretty good and cheap feeder reel?
Nice work! Patience is a pillar of virtue! Your patience paid off handsomely!π
Nice fish! Definitely worth the grind!
Iβm impressed with the accuracy of your casts, placing the lure right at the shoreline from all compass points and distances w/o ending up in the vegetation and brush. π
<<<a cool video keep up the great content.. Thank youβ¦
Its just a struggling perch lure, but you cast like a pro. Using waxed dyneema line?
So did they kill all those muskie/pike because there invasive?
Like they say, a Muskie is βthe fish of a thousand castsβ. That was a beauty of a fish. Sometimes catch just that one fish makes your whole day.π
Did fish and game relocate those fish or cull them? Thatβs a shame when they negatively mess with bodies of water and land they manage.
Beautiful fish. I find tremendous results at night with bass on the mega pompadour. I have caught crappie, smallies, pike, bass and rock bass on mega. Fish smaller than the lure up to 6.8lbs..
Grats man! Loved the footage of that muskie getting vertical to shake the bait. Well done!
Should do more Japanese lures on your rivers would be awesome
Great video and what a attack of that fish!!!!!
Awesome! Thanks for showing how difficult it is to catch a musky and also I like that you replayed the violent strike!!!!
Well done on that big one that was a lot of patience
Love your videos, how much would a fish like this weigh? 15 pounds?
"Hey, this is the guy who caught me on the Wookie. Stay clear of this dude! Great action. Thanks!
ur videos are amazing
NDyak in a tree?? I don't believe itπ
The anticipation was really building during this one! Nice fish & video.
Got to take that mega to your smallmouth holes they will crush it
You literally have the craziest first in North America in your back yard. Jealous is an understatement.
7 hours…Worth it!!
Beautiful scenery
Crap dude. Feels like you just got back out there after a long cold and frozen winter. Feels like yesterday you uploaded your first post-winter video.
Why did Game and Fish scoop up the Muskies and Pike?
awesome video
Yissssssssss
This type of video is why I subscribed and continue to watch.
(I would have given up or changed my lure)
…but "all it takes is one"…
Gee, Matt, I nearly jumped out of my seat when that muskie hit! Nice fish and a great video, thanks Matt!

awesome fish brother
Why did game and fish net muskies and pike? What did they do with them?
Thatβs a lot of casts and time. Feels like me with those big glides I use. Lol
Fantastic editing to capture this long day and final payoff.
Try a j-13 rapala
Your voice is so soothing lol I love it
Do you ever fish mill lacs?
Very very nice. Great day on the river. Well done, both fishing and video production. Thanks π
Even though you do quite well with Musky they're still considered the fish of a thousand casts and I knew you wouldn't disappoint.
Dude youβre an artist with yer casting very nicely done sir!! What a BEAST of a fish!!!
That fish slammed that lure though! Made all those numerous casts worth it!π
Seven hours and then a river monster hits the lure like a great white chasing a seal. I'd imagine seven hours on that river isn't exactly a hardship, apart from maybe the heat.
My one query is what do they do with the fish that get removed from the river. Is it extermination or are they moved elsewhere? πππβ€πππ
