The homie Hooksetterz TV hit me up and asked if I would be down to go with him on his boat to fish the California Delta, so of course I said yes! One of my goals for the year was to catch my first punching bass, and thanks to him it was made possible! Started off using the googan nuke punch but after he caught it on his reaction baits lure I had to borrow one and BAM! It was a super windy day and the conditions were tough, but we still caught them! I know next time is going to be epic because if this was a slow day then a good day will be great!
