Fishing Low Water When Steelhead Won't Show!! Ohio Steelhead Whipping

Back on the river chasing Ohio steelhead in low water conditions! In this session, I walked the shoreline at the Rocky River trying to get these stubborn fish to commit. Even though the steelhead were rolling right in front of us and being finicky, we still managed some solid action, hooked up on a nice fall smallmouth bass, and talked setups and techniques with another angler on the water.
