Fishing Caesar Creek, Ohio, CKF Kayak Bass Fishing Tournament

This was my season-opener tournament and I was excited to put all of my studying over the winter to use, but unfortunately I didn’t get any bass. I’m pretty sure in 5 years of tournament fishing I have been skunked on our tournament opener every year, but I’m going to figure this out someday! Water temp was between 45-50, heavy rain for most of the day, steady 13mph winds with higher gusts, it was a challenging day! But I was so thankful to finally be back to fishing season and out on the water with my Hobie Lynx kayak!
