Fishing with minnows under a float on a centerpin rod/reel below an urban spillway on the Southern Tier of Western New York. I landed several smallmouth bass and a largemouth bass on minnows. I also laned a pumpkinseed sunfish and missed a small muskellunge on a jerk-bait.
