man im used to south dakota lakes where the trout are big and fat from all the smelt, seeing these WA trout is a trip.
how much weight do your rods stand? I want to go to horseshoe lake but my rods are pretty small

I mainly fish horseshoe for bass, and while doing so I scoop up a few trout on crankbaits here and there! Nice job!
I saw it try to flip around with just the head! That rainbow was legit. Great spot!
