Sometimes, you just have to ditch the plastics and go back to the classics!

Had a great time fishing at the Binbrook Conservation Area. We started the day trying our luck with some Rapala plastic minnows on jigs, but the fish just weren’t biting. After a bit of a dry spell, we decided to switch things up and threw on some classic nightcrawlers—and that’s when the action started!

The Catch
Me: 1 small (but feisty!) Bass

Alicia: 2 Bluegill (She definitely won the numbers game today!)
