Finesse swimbaiting for pre-spawn bass near the State Park, Clear Lake, Ca.

In this video I scale down my presentation to finesse swimbaits. Specifically a 3-inch Keitech easy shiner and a ballhead jig, 1/16th ounce. I used a medium action spinning rod with a 20 foot 6-pound flourocarbon leader because the water was exceptionally clear for Clear Lake and the bass seemed to be suffering from a wicked outbreak of lockjaw.
