I’d still get the UV…better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it… but you’ll most likely need it as the pond matures…(it also kills bad bacteria that could harm your fish…) I work at a water treatment plant,we use UV primarily to kill pathogens that are harmful in drinking water,which is why you should get one…

I just wanted to let you know I really enjoy your videos. You have inspired me to make an aquarium out of the indigenous (Missouri) fish that live in the large creek near my house. Great energy and total blast to watch, I wish you all the best.
It does look real good and you will get better with each pond you build. Id add african cichlids to it as they have so many color variation. Ob africans cichlids are my fav atm. Look into the old fish breeders from south florida also. Tons of fish made it into the ditches and stuff around them and you use to be able to find some really nice fish.
I like it a lot I in joy watching u YouTube videos I've been locked up for 8years I've been out for two years but I was in to aquariums before I was locked up but I always thought about making a pond but more now after my nephew passed away he was the one who got me in too aquariums and fish but thanks u for ur YouTube videos a lot
It looks like your water may be high in iron, that would make it red.

I want to give a huge shout out to his parents,I've only heard him say his mom, but just in case, … letting him do whatever he wants to in the yard like building the ponds is awesome.
I'll be 58 in September and I believe in giving your child the freedom to do things that may help them grow as amazing independent individuals, plus they've gotten some cool ponds out of it.

Maybe 15×20 because you didn't add the difference for the depth of the pond, but I just want to say it's beautiful. Tell your mom she did a wonderful job on the plants.
Don't take out the tint, that's tannins and it helps with the biological load.
