Finally fished the Cape Cod Canal which has been on my radar for awhile and even though it was tough fishing it was an awesome experience! I fished a lot of hours and caught one big bass on a pencil popper at dawn. But throughout the day with the help of Chris/Seamoney Fishing http://bit.ly/29ZvjZd I was able to catch some extra fish. Definitely will be back.

Can someone educate me on something, every video I see about the canal there’s a bike involved. Is there no parking for cars? Is it easier to travel on bike? Or you just can’t get to good spots by car?

How is that rod? Is it to light for a s.s darter. I wanted to get that rod for a universal plug rod throwing lighter bucktails but stiff enough to throw bigger plugs when the bunker are around.

The canal is ok. Much better shore spots near the canal. It's always to packed for me and I've been fishing the Cape for 15+ years.
