We live in the same world…I am also colorblind, pretty severely. I just have to choose darker or lighter shades. I still am able to catch fish….caught a 4 pounder today, in fact.

Explains the color of your tackle room. Jokes. The Smartest man I’ve ever met was color blind which made for interesting sock combinations. I always thought it was a shame he couldn’t try the Rubik’s cube.
Have you thought about getting a pair of those glasses for people that are color blind and not for fishing purposes but I mean just so you can see the world how everyone else does in color

I had a fishing buddy that was colorblind. He was the best fish spotter that I have ever fished with. The guy was just deadly at sight fishing, and he thought that being colorblind helped. He said that not having to sort out all the colors helped him focus on subtle movements that revealed fish.

What Randy is saying is, you should buy every color in every lure he pushes. It's all about the bottom line. His freaking wallet! In all actuality it's about the individuals convince. If you are color blind you don't have a clue what you are talking about in terms of "shades" . It's what you have confidence in. Don't go out and buy 16 colors of a lure. Buy 3. I despise this hypocrisy. Same reason I despise RB he is a fraud.

I have the exact same color deficiency. Eye doctor told me years ago I had red green and blue yellow colorblindness. My great grandfather was totally colorblind. I knew when you said the green light looks white you were telling the truth because i see the same thing. Lol it's never really been an issue it just gets annoying sometimes. It's always hard to explain it to people because it's not really possible to show them.
My uncle had red/green color blindness. The best part of it was that he sold cars for a living! 😂 He knew it was red or green, but couldn't tell which shade.

I’m also colorblind. Have a hard time with my socks. My friends said I was just stupid because I didn’t learn my colors. Lol
