FALLS LAKE, NC Pre-Spawn Bass Fishing PART 1 (Spring Bass Fishing 2022) #fallslake #prespawn

GNRF – Spring Bass Fishing trip to Falls Lake, North Carolina! This was a fun trip with some great fishing and fellowship with some even greater people! Happy to have shared the ride and boat with my dad for 4 days. We traveled 6 hours to North Carolina to fish Falls Lake and Kerr Lake for 4 days. Day 4 got rained out but we made the best of the three days we had. Day 1 was all about finding pre-spawn bass in the shallow coves and creek beds if they had even moved in there yet. We also had to learn the layout of the lake and the water depths for pre-spawn bass in that area. The only thing that worked for me Day 1 was a red and black Jackhammer chatterbait from Z-man. Some of the other guys had luck on spinnerbaits and split tail flukes. It did not seem like the color mattered. Excited for you guys to see Day 2 at Falls Lake and Kerr Lake.

  2. Awesome video bro! Finally got some time to watch it. Drone shots are sick!! And don't feel bad about falls man, it can be a tough nut to crack. It's taken me a few years to figure it out and some times you can go out there and put a beating on em, then the next day it's like theres not a fish in the entire lake 😂. Also thanks for the shoutout bro, i really appreciate!!

  3. You stepped your game up with this video, brother… Shades of LFG. Silky smooth. I used to fish Jordan Lake regularly, back in the day. Landlocked stripers for days. Caught my first 5lb'er out of there. Never made it to Falls, but now I sorta wanna go. Like… right now. One of the techniques we used to use: Troll around and spot schools. Then troll through the target area with a Bandit (crankbait) at the appropriate depth. You'll get beat up!
