Fall Smallmouth Bass Fishing (Jerkbaits on the Upper Potomac River)

I took advantage of a perfect fall day to hit the upper Potomac River with my son Austin for some fall bass fishing. Smallmouth bass were the targeted species and after dragging bottom with ned rigs and drop shots with no luck, we picked up the jerkbait and found a few smallies willing to bite.
