What is your favorite season to fish in? My favorite season is fall because big fish are feeding aggressive plus weather dips down in the 90’s lol. Topwater lures seem to do best for me when paired with a big natural looking paddle tail during this time of the year. When fishing cooler water temps we try to find the big piles of rock/boulders that are going hold heat. Fish tend to hang around the rocks during fall to maintain their body heat. It was a challenge to find fish in a new body of water but that’s why we do it to keep learning.
