Love yellow bass, catching and eating them. Don't really have anywhere nearby that has them anymore though
DId you fry those bass without gutting them; looked like you did gut them after they were fried, but didn't before, so wondering? If so, do you ever do this with little gills or crappies? I learned from a Japanese vid, that they don't mess with gutting smelt, and tried it both ways with a batch, and no diff in eating experience. Way to get out there and enjoy!
