He got caught fishing without a license, thats as simple as a fine and get on with life….. seems like they want to drag out on a pissing contest for him having a day of ignorance/forgetfulness…..

Heck I knew I had to have fishing license also. But I didn’t know that even though in a local river. Because of a creek that fed into the river was state stocked with trout? That I had to have trout stamps. So when I heard that I didn’t know. So I shut that chit down man. Until I got all the license and stamps I needed. I mean the money goes for the good of the waters right?
Texas is strange on fishing license. I was going fishing over the weekend and my License would expire on Sunday and I was going to fish on Monday and Tuesday as well. They would not sell me a new license ahead of time and I had to fish illegally on Saturday so I could fish legally on Sunday and on. How does that make seance?
I hate this kind of sh*t. Has Ben really done anything wrong? What, because he went fishing with a family member who overlooked having an updated license or (maybe) being made an example of because of his profession? My question is: is this an example of lawfare or a personal vendetta?

Cerebral , could you give a rough estimate of how many times ben was fishing without a license? Sept though February is a long time. Did he film you tube videos, fish local bass tournaments or any other tournaments?

it's just unbelievable that someone fishing with a expired license can go to jail for a year and be fined $4000 for a mistake….and since it's mister 404 area code the internet blows up. This is all BS really fine the guy $300 bucks for fishing with out a license and fricking move on.
I will be very interested to see how much this affects his performance in the elite series this season…

WOW 🤯 no license. Dang, I bet Ben doesn't want that to happen. With Ben being who he is, I would be shocked if they suspended his license for probation period. They will say this will affect his ability to make a living, and they will fine him more money instead. That's just my opinion. Another great video from the #1 Bass news channel in the world.
